Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Construction accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency with AIA billing, AP, AR, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Familiar with HomeSource or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AIA billing, AP, and AR operations.
• Manage collections to ensure prompt payments.
• Handle invoicing, credits, and reconciliations.
• Administer cash disbursements and records.
• Apply construction accounting to project tasks.
• Utilize HomeSource to optimize processes.
• Collaborate on preparing financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Assist with budget preparation and planning.
• Participate in audits and implement corrective actions.
