Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a full-time, salaried Event Coordinator to support planning and execution of events at Soldier Field. You will coordinate with clients, facility departments, vendors, contractors, and event staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–3 years of event coordination or related experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, execution, and follow-up of events at Soldier Field.
• Serve as liaison between clients, facility departments, vendors, contractors, and event staff.
• Communicate timelines, requirements, deadlines, and operational details.
• Coordinate event setups, staffing, equipment, parking, credentials, and other needs.
• Monitor event-day operations to ensure successful execution.
• Maintain client communication and address requests or concerns.
• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and event-day communications.
• Maintain event documentation and assist with administrative tasks.
• Support guest experience initiatives in suites and premium areas.
• Assist the Director of Events with special projects.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, employees, and facility partners.
