Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an events coordinator to plan and organize logistics for live events at our partner venues. You will coordinate with service contractors, interpret contract terms, and keep clients updated on timelines, floor plans, and insurance requirements.

As a primary liaison, you will work closely with facility departments to ensure flawless event execution and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year University and 1–2 years related experience.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of facility management, services, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Meets with clients and/or their liaison(s) to plan and organize event logistics.
• Coordinates activities with service contractors for events.
• Guides clients in interpreting contract provisions, policies, and procedures.
• Keeps clients informed about deadlines, floor plans, and insurance requirements.
• Acts as primary liaison between clients and facility departments.
• Monitors in-house events and coordinates with staff for successful events.
