Job summary

Legends Global seeks a seasoned Event Coordinator for a full-time salaried role at Soldier Field in Chicago. You will support the planning and execution of events, coordinate with clients, facility departments, vendors, contractors, and event staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced stadium environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; 2–3 years in event coordination, hospitality, or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, execution, and follow-up of events at Soldier Field.
• Serve as liaison between clients, facility departments, vendors, contractors, and event staff.
• Communicate timelines, requirements, deadlines, and operational details to clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate event setups, staffing, equipment, parking, credentials, and other needs.
• Monitor event-day operations to ensure successful execution.
