Job summary

Legends Global at Soldier Field in Chicago seeks a part-time Guest Experience Ambassador to greet guests, provide information, and help with various event needs. You will work both indoors and outdoors, often in large crowds, delivering friendly, professional service during Bears, Fire FC, concerts and other events.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable in large crowds and outdoor environments.
• Willing to travel between events at Soldier Field.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information upon arrival.
• Assist guests with directions, ADA needs, restrooms, concessions and seating areas.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor at all times.
• Relay guest needs to supervisor and communicate events updates during shifts.
• Help with equipment organization and briefings for each event.
