Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Events Manager for State Farm Stadium in Glendale, AZ. You will lead planning and on-site execution for sporting events and other major productions, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

This role oversees the Event Operations Center, manages 24/7 technology platforms, safety compliance, and incident response. You'll work with security, engineering, catering, box office, and guest services to deliver outstanding experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in event management or convention services with a convention center or multi-purpose facility
• Bachelor’s degree in facility management, hospitality, marketing, or related field
• CPR certification required or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sporting events and Cardinals home games; oversee the Event Operations Center
• Manage 24/7 technology platform, tracking, training, and reporting
• Oversee incident reporting and 24/7 command during events
• Prepare event data sheets and lead interdepartmental planning meetings
• Review final billing and ensure accurate invoicing
