Job summary

LEGENDS GLOBAL is seeking an Event Manager to lead planning, organization, and execution of events at our venues, including stadiums and facilities. You will monitor logistics, coordinate with contractors, and ensure events run smoothly from booking through wrap-up.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and at least four years in large-scale event management, with strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is required.
• Minimum 4 years of related event management experience.
• Working knowledge of facility management, services, and equipment.
• Venue management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to plan and organize events and promote stadium services.
• Coordinate activities with service contractors for events.
• Prepare cost estimates and final billing.
• Serve as liaison between clients and facility departments.
• Supervise event day staff and oversee operations for assigned events.
• Train and support event services staff as needed.
• Maintain timely communication of requirements to stadium departments.
• Ensure profitable scheduling of setups and strikes.
