• 8+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Experience with Linux internals, operating systems, and systems administration.
• Understanding of computer architecture and server hardware.
• Proven track record improving reliability, performance, and security at scale.
• Strong cross-team communication and collaboration to drive decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of technical leads and Linux platform engineers.
• Setting technical direction and priorities for the team balancing platform evolution, reliability, security, and operational needs.
• Driving engineering projects from requirements through deployment.
• Partnering with hardware, product, operations, and engineering teams to deliver reliable Compute platforms.
• Improving platform observability, automation, and practices to reduce disruptions and speed incident resolution.
• Leading investigation and resolution of complex, service-impacting issues and supporting on-call operations.
