Formación

• 8+ years of experience and a Bachelor's diploma in Computer Science or its equivalent.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing engineering teams.
• Extensive experience with Linux internals and systems administration.
• Understanding of computer architecture, server hardware, and OS interaction.
• Track record of improving reliability, performance, and security at scale.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of technical leads and Linux platform engineers.
• Setting technical direction and priorities for reliability, security, and operations.
• Driving projects from requirements to deployment and validation.
• Partnering with hardware, product, operations, and engineering teams to deliver scalable Compute platforms.
• Improving observability, automation, and operational practices to reduce disruptions.
• Leading investigation and resolution of complex incidents and supporting on-call operations.
