Job summary

FedEx Logistics in Eatontown, NJ seeks a part-time Customer Service Associate to provide accurate information to customers, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and support station operations.

This non-driving role requires lifting up to 50 lbs with assistance, a high school diploma, and reliable attendance; starting wage is $22.25 per hour and shifts are 8:30am–2:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.

Job Conditions

Non-covered safety sensitive position. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
