ASM Research, an Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to provide advanced engineering, configuration, and integration support for the enterprise ServiceNow platform in a federal IT environment.

The role focuses on designing and maintaining complex workflows and integrations, applying infrastructure-as-code practices, and ensuring stability, security, and governance while collaborating with product owners and security teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT/engineering.
• 8+ years supporting ServiceNow with multi-module instances.
• Proficient in configuring and customizing ServiceNow core apps and integrations.
• Strong problem solving and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Experience with upgrade/change management, testing, and rollback.
• Current secret security clearance.
• Willing to travel 10–25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, etc.
• Develop integrations using APIs, web services, and MID servers.
• Plan and execute platform upgrades with testing and rollback.
• Configure workflows, forms, dashboards, and data models.
• Collaborate with security/compliance for policy adherence.
• Apply scripting and automation to admin tasks.
• Troubleshoot platform issues across apps, integrations, infra.
• Document solutions and procedures for continuity and audits.
