You will lead upgrades, implement changes under formal change management, and ensure audit readiness while traveling as required (10–25%).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow engineering or development in large multi-module instances.
Expertise configuring core ServiceNow apps and building integrations via APIs and web services.
Experience upgrading changes under formal change-management, including testing/rollback.
Current secret security clearance is required.
Ability to travel 10–25% as needed.

Responsibilities

Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM/ITOM/SPM and related apps.
Develop integrations with monitoring, identity, and business systems via APIs and MID servers.
Plan platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements with regression testing and rollback planning.
Configure workflows, forms, dashboards, and data models maintaining perf and security.
Collaborate with security/compliance to meet federal requirements.
Apply scripting and automation to streamline admin/deployment tasks.
Troubleshoot platform issues across app/integration/infrastructure layers; perform root-cause analysis.
Document solutions, standards, and procedures for knowledge transfer and audits.
