Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking Head of Sales for Roofing to own the largest multi-location roofing deals from initial meeting to signed contract.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. You will close strategic accounts across markets, with a typical 3–12 month cycle and hands-on proposal development.

Remote in the USA or Canada, with a $2M annual quota and a focus on expanding locations and services as wins occur.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to roofing groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefer closing-focused role over management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand: more locations and services after a group signs.
• Proposals built with strategists and leadership for key deals.
