Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ yearly on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to roofing groups, or marketing and agency services to multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers. Avoid high-volume single-location sales.
• Prefer closing business over managing people.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Negotiate with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Expansion: add more locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build compelling proposals.
