Job summary

Chellecomm is seeking an energetic Recruiting Coordinator to support candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling across multiple openings in a fast-paced office environment in Dallas, TX.

You will manage high-volume pipelines, conduct phone screens, and coordinate with hiring teams to move candidates through the process while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality. Strong communication and organization are essential to meet daily and weekly recruiting goals.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of recruiting or candidate sourcing experience.
  • Experience sourcing candidates beyond applications.
  • Phone screens and evaluating candidate qualifications.
  • Ability to handle multiple openings and high-volume pipelines.
  • Strong phone, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and follow-up abilities.
  • Capable of working independently while following recruiting processes.
  • Commitment to daily and weekly recruiting goals.
  • Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, ATS, and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally answer, screen, and direct calls.
  • Greet and assist clients, candidates, vendors, and employees.
  • Maintain filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage shared inboxes and assist with email correspondence.
  • Order and track office supplies within budget.
  • Maintain kitchen organization and inventory.
  • Coordinate and distribute deliveries to routes.
  • Handle faxing, scanning, copying, and document prep.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and document management.
  • Support onboarding logistics and candidate check-ins.
  • Coordinate birthday club orders and internal celebrations.
  • Contact vendors for events and operational needs.
  • Run occasional business-related errands.
  • Support leadership with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meetings.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally answer, screen, and direct incoming calls.
  • Greet and assist clients, candidates, vendors, and employees with warmth and professionalism.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage and organize shared inboxes and assist with email correspondence.
  • Order and track office supplies for multiple locations while adhering to budget guidelines.
  • Maintain kitchen organization, inventory, and cleanliness standards.
  • Coordinate and distribute deliveries, ensuring packages are routed appropriately.
  • Handle faxing, scanning, copying, and document preparation.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and document management.
  • Support onboarding logistics and candidate check-ins as needed.
  • Coordinate employee birthday club orders and internal office celebrations.
  • Contact vendors for events, maintenance, and operational needs.
  • Run occasional business-related errands.
  • Support leadership with scheduling, calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and special projects.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive company and employee information.
  • Provide general administrative support to multiple departments as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of recruiting or candidate sourcing experience required
  • Experience sourcing candidates rather than relying solely on incoming applications
  • Experience conducting phone screens and evaluating candidate qualifications
  • Comfortable managing multiple openings and a high-volume candidate pipeline
  • Strong phone, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently while following established recruiting processes
  • Comfortable working toward daily and weekly recruiting goals
  • Experience using job boards, LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools
  • High-volume, call center, staffing agency, sales, or entry-level recruiting experience strongly preferred
