Ladders is seeking a Sr. Program Manager - Implementation to lead complex onboarding and implementation programs for a SaaS-finance solution in a remote US-based role.

You will coordinate across Delivery, Technical Services, and Product teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery from kickoff to launch. The role emphasizes risk management, clear communication with customers, and rigorous governance, with opportunities to shape customer outcomes and drive scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience leading implementation programs or customer onboarding in SaaS, fintech, or banking tech.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Advanced experience managing customer onboarding initiatives.
• Proficiency in project scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication with direct customer engagement.
• Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheet, or similar PM tools.

Responsibilities

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Program Manager - Implementation to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will lead complex implementation programs that support customer onboarding and successful delivery in a SaaS-driven financial services environment. The position serves as the central coordinator across internal teams and customers, helping ensure clear communication, disciplined execution, and smooth transitions from kickoff through launch. It will also play a key role in identifying risks, managing dependencies, and keeping projects on track to meet business and customer objectives.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,000 – $140,000 annually
