Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Program Manager - Implementation to lead complex onboarding and implementation programs for a SaaS-finance solution in a remote US-based role.

You will coordinate across Delivery, Technical Services, and Product teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery from kickoff to launch. The role emphasizes risk management, clear communication with customers, and rigorous governance, with opportunities to shape customer outcomes and drive scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience leading implementation programs or customer onboarding in SaaS, fintech, or banking tech.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Advanced experience managing customer onboarding initiatives.
• Proficiency in project scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication with direct customer engagement.
• Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheet, or similar PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead multifaceted implementation programs with comprehensive project schedules.
• Serve as the main contact for customer expectations and communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional tasks involving Delivery, Technical Services, and Product teams.
• Analyze and mitigate implementation risks through proactive evaluations.
• Facilitate customer meetings for progress reviews and decision-making.
• Manage project workflows and issue resolution using ticketing systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation throughout the lifecycle.
