Ladders is seeking a Sr. Principal Technical Program Manager for Sales & Finance Products to drive cross-functional programs at the intersection of revenue operations, finance, and product strategy.

You will translate customer needs and compliance constraints into scalable solutions, improving quote-to-cash workflows and long-term technical roadmaps. You will partner with engineering and business stakeholders to lead multi-team initiatives, mentor other PMs, and advance operational excellence

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in technical program management or a related field.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex business models and technical architectures.
• Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes and financial compliance.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Principal Technical Program Manager - Sales & Finance Products to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will drive complex, cross-functional technical programs that sit at the intersection of revenue operations, finance, and product strategy. You will partner closely with engineering and business stakeholders to translate customer needs, compliance requirements, and architectural constraints into scalable solutions. The work will focus on improving quote-to-cash workflows, strengthening execution across multiple teams, and advancing long-term technical roadmaps that support operational excellence.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $195,714 - $307,850 annually
