Job description

**Job Description Summary**

You will manage Leap and CFM IPT Process Improvement projects, focusing on process enhancements to ensure on-time delivery, inventory performance, and overall process efficiency. Your role involves interpreting business challenges and recommending best practices to improve products, processes, and services. Staying informed of industry trends that may impact your work is essential.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

  1. Leverage specialized expertise within your discipline to drive improvements.
  2. Develop strategic initiatives with strong commercial awareness, influencing resource control and policy development.
  3. Impact team performance in achieving service, quality, and timeliness objectives.
  4. Support decision-making processes on critical issues.
  5. Utilize high-level judgment to resolve complex problems affecting the function.
  6. Lead process improvement projects, including methods, tools, and deployment strategies.
  7. Work on complex technological solutions and present strategies, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  8. Communicate solutions effectively across teams and with cross-functional partners.
  9. Develop action plans and research strategies on an annual basis.
  10. Contribute to business programs and midterm planning within your function or business unit.

**Required Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Sourcing, Materials, Supply Chain, or Project Management.

**Desired Characteristics**

  • Experience in shop operations or manufacturing.
  • Ability to engage with all organizational levels and manage multiple process improvement projects.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
  • Established project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
