Job Description

You will manage Leap and CFM IPT Process Improvement projects, focusing on enhancing on-time delivery, inventory performance, and overall process efficiency. Your role involves interpreting internal and external business challenges and recommending best practices to improve products, processes, and services. Staying informed of industry trends that may influence your work is also essential.

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Leverage specialized expertise within your discipline to drive improvements.
  2. Influence strategy development within your area, including resource management and policy formulation, while maintaining strong commercial awareness.
  3. Support the team in achieving service, quality, and timeliness objectives.
  4. Participate in decision-making processes on significant issues.
  5. Use high-level judgment to handle complex tasks and impact the function positively.
  6. Lead process improvement initiatives, including developing methods, tools, and deployment roadmaps.
  7. Develop solutions for complex technological challenges.
  8. Present strategies, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  9. Communicate effectively across teams and with cross-functional partners.
  10. Create action plans and research strategies on an annual basis.
  11. Contribute to business programs and midterm planning within your function or business unit.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Sourcing, Materials, Supply Chain, or Project Management.
Desired Characteristics
  • Experience in shop operations or manufacturing.
  • Ability to interface with all organizational levels and manage multiple process improvement projects.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in planning, documenting, and executing programs.
  • Established project management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Final employment offers are contingent upon obtaining the necessary authorization from the U.S. Government, especially for non-U.S. persons.
