Job Description Summary

You will manage Leap and CFM IPT Process Improvement projects, focusing on on-time delivery, inventory performance, and process enhancements. Your role involves analyzing internal and external business challenges and recommending best practices to improve products, processes, and services. Staying informed of industry trends that could influence our work is also essential.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Possess specialized expertise within your discipline.
  2. Maintain strong commercial awareness, influencing strategy development, resource control, and policy formulation.
  3. Impact the team’s ability to meet service, quality, and timeliness objectives.
  4. Support decision-making on key issues.
  5. Utilize high-level judgment to resolve complex tasks and problems affecting the function.
  6. Lead process improvement projects, including methods, tools, and deployment systems.
  7. Work on complex technological solutions.
  8. Present strategies, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  9. Communicate solutions across teams and with cross-functional partners.
  10. Develop action plans and research strategies annually.
  11. Contribute to significant business programs and midterm planning.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Sourcing, Materials, Supply Chain, or Project Management.

Desired Characteristics

  • Experience in shop operations or manufacturing.
  • Ability to engage with all organizational levels and lead multiple process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to document, plan, and execute programs.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
