Job description

**Job Description Summary**

You will manage Leap and CFM IPT Process Improvement projects, focusing on ensuring on-time delivery, optimizing inventory performance, and enhancing processes. You will interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, and services. Staying informed of industry trends that may influence your work is also essential.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

  1. Require specialized expertise within your discipline.
  2. Possess strong commercial awareness and influence strategy development within your area, including resource control and policy influence.
  3. Impact the team's ability to achieve service, quality, and timeliness objectives.
  4. Support decision-making on important subjects.
  5. Use high-level judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks impacting the function.
  6. Drive process improvement projects and initiatives, including methods, tools, roadmap systems, and deployment.
  7. Work on complex technological solutions.
  8. Present product/program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders.
  9. Communicate recommendations and solutions across the organization and with cross-functional partners.
  10. Develop action plans and research strategies based on annual planning.
  11. Contribute to business programs within a significant part of a function or business unit and to midterm plans.

**Required Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Sourcing, Materials, Supply Chain, or Project Management.

**Desired Characteristics**

  • Experience in shop operations or manufacturing.
  • Ability to interface with all organizational levels while managing multiple process improvement projects.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Proven problem analysis and resolution abilities.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Established project management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Final offers are contingent upon obtaining necessary authorization from the U.S. Government for non-U.S. Persons.
