Job description

Job Description Summary

You will manage Leap and CFM IPT Process Improvement projects, focusing on ensuring on-time delivery, inventory performance, and process efficiency. Your role involves interpreting business challenges and recommending best practices to enhance products, processes, and services. Staying informed of industry trends is also essential.

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Apply specialized expertise within your discipline.
  2. Influence strategy development, resource control, and policy formulation with strong commercial awareness.
  3. Impact team performance in service, quality, and timeliness of objectives.
  4. Support decision-making on significant issues.
  5. Use high judgment to handle complex tasks affecting the function.
  6. Drive process improvement projects, including methods, tools, and deployment.
  7. Work on complex technological solutions.
  8. Present strategies, roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders.
  9. Communicate solutions across organization and with partners.
  10. Develop action plans and research based on annual planning.
  11. Contribute to business programs and midterm plans.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Sourcing, Materials, Supply Chain, or Project Management.
Desired Characteristics
  • Experience in shop operations or manufacturing.
  • Ability to interface across all organizational levels and manage multiple process improvement projects.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Competence in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
  • Established project management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Final offers depend on obtaining necessary authorization for non-U.S. persons from the U.S. Government.
