Job description

Job Description Summary

You will manage Leap and CFM IPT Process Improvement projects, focusing on ensuring on-time delivery, inventory performance, and process enhancement. You will interpret both internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, and services. Staying informed of industry trends that may influence your work is essential.

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Require specialized expertise within your discipline.
  2. Possess strong commercial awareness and influence strategy development within your area, including resource control and policy influence.
  3. Impact the team’s ability to achieve service, quality, and timeliness objectives.
  4. Support decision-making on important subjects.
  5. Use high-level judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks impacting the function.
  6. Drive process improvement projects, including methods, tools, roadmaps, and deployment.
  7. Work on complex technological solutions.
  8. Present strategies, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders.
  9. Communicate solutions across the organization and with cross-functional partners.
  10. Develop action plans and research strategies based on annual planning.
  11. Contribute to business programs and midterm plans of a significant part of a function or business unit.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Sourcing, Materials, Supply Chain, or Project Management.
Desired Characteristics
  • Experience in shop operations or manufacturing.
  • Ability to interface with all organizational levels while managing multiple process improvement projects.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Established project management skills.
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Final employment offers are contingent upon obtaining necessary authorization from the U.S. Government, especially for non-U.S. persons.
