Job description

**Job Description Summary**

You will manage Leap and CFM IPT Process Improvement projects, focusing on enhancing on-time delivery, inventory performance, and overall process efficiency. Your role involves interpreting business challenges and recommending best practices to improve products, processes, and services. Staying informed of industry trends that may influence your work is also essential.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

  1. Require specialized expertise within your discipline.
  2. Maintain strong commercial awareness and influence strategy development within your area, including resource control and policy influence.
  3. Impact the team's ability to achieve service, quality, and timeliness objectives.
  4. Support decision-making on important subjects.
  5. Utilize high-level judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks affecting the function.
  6. Drive process improvement projects, including methods, tools, roadmaps, and deployment.
  7. Work on complex technological solutions.
  8. Present strategies, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders.
  9. Communicate recommendations and solutions across the organization and with cross-functional partners.
  10. Develop action plans and research strategies on an annual basis.
  11. Contribute to business programs and mid-term plans within a significant part of a function or business unit.

**Required Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sourcing, Materials, Supply Chain, or Project Management.

**Desired Characteristics**

  • Experience in shop operations or manufacturing.
  • Ability to interface effectively at all organizational levels and lead process improvement projects.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven problem analysis and resolution abilities.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Established project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Final offers are contingent upon obtaining necessary authorization from the U.S. Government, unless the candidate qualifies as a protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act.
