GitLab is seeking a senior Solutions Architect to lead and mentor a distributed team across India. This role acts as a player-coach on strategic deals and executive relationships, guiding technical evaluations, workshops, demos, and POCs.

All roles are remote with travel required at least 25%. The candidate should have a strong solution-architecture background tied to customer business value and experience scaling customer-facing technical organizations.
