Qualifications

10+ years of related work experience, including 3+ years leading teams
Hands-on HRIS platform experience with Workday configuration, security, testing, and support
Strong HR data governance, reporting, and analytics experience
Experience leading enterprise HR system implementations and cross-functional programs
Proven ability to translate technical issues into clear business decisions

Responsibilities

Set multi-year technology strategy for People Systems & Workforce Insights
Lead governance for HR systems configuration, security, data, reporting, releases, and vendor performance
Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners with IT, Finance, Procurement and Legal
Represent People & Community in enterprise tech, data, AI, security discussions and ensure employee trust
Build and develop the HR systems and analytics team and drive equitable access to development
