Job summary

Immatics US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Learning & Development to design and sustain onboarding, field readiness, and capability programs for the Commercial organization.

This role partners with leadership across Commercial, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, Regulatory, Legal, and HR to ensure compliant, effective field engagement as Immatics prepares for its first commercial launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7 years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
• 4 years in commercial training or related fields.
• Experience building onboarding and capability programs for customer-facing teams.
• Experience supporting product launch preparation and execution.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and drive onboarding and training for Commercial teams.
• Prepare field teams for external scientific exchange on product and disease state education.
• Enable launch readiness with training on pipeline and PRAME target.
• Evolve training materials to reflect new data.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and standards.
• Leverage digital platforms to create engaging programs.
• Review metrics and adapt training based on insights.
• Maintain central repository of training materials.
• Identify gaps and translate into actionable solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align tools with strategy.
• Manage vendor partnerships for platforms and content.
