Job summary

Immatics is seeking an Executive Director, IT Commercial to establish and lead the IT Commercial & Patient Operations function in support of the US commercial launch. You will own the end-to-end IT Commercial roadmap, from systems to patient operations platforms and the data foundation, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Analytics and Medical Affairs.

This remote, executive role requires strong governance, vendor management and compliance with GxP/CSV, HIPAA and 21 CFR Part 11 to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Life sciences or equivalent.
• 15+ years IT experience with 7+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience leading IT for US commercial product launches.
• Knowledge of GxP/CSV, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11 and related privacy.

Responsibilities

• Own IT Commercial & Patient Operations strategy and roadmap.
• Deliver the commercial systems portfolio and patient ops stack.
• Establish the commercial data foundation with analytics capability.
• Drive regulatory compliance and governance across systems.
• Manage vendors and budgets across multi-project portfolio.
