Job summary

Immatics US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Medical Information to build and lead the MI function for launch and pipeline growth.

You will establish strategy, governance, and vendor partnerships to create a scalable MI capability with end-to-end call center readiness. You will oversee MI content and evidence dossiers, NCCN/AMCP submissions, medical review, and post-approval activities, translating inquiries into Medical Affairs insights and aligning with cross-functional launch objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in life sciences; 15+ years in pharma/biotech MI/MA.
• Advanced degree required (PharmD/PhD/MD).
• Oncology experience and cell therapy preferred.
• Experience launching US products in biotech.
• Experience scaling MI systems and content capabilities.
• Experience developing MI content and FAQs.
• Experience managing MI call center vendors.
• Strong knowledge of US MI requirements and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop US MI strategy, governance, and content lifecycle.
• Oversee MI call center onboarding, training, and readiness.
• Lead MI content, SRLs, FAQs, and evidence materials.
• Manage NCCN/AMCP dossiers and payer evidence packages.
• Translate MI inquiries into insights for Medical Affairs.
• Collaborate across functions for launch readiness and compliance.
