Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical training or learning roles.
• Experience designing curricula and workshops.
• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a matrix environment.
• Data-driven with strong business analytics capability.
• Ability to travel for meetings and programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing to design training programs.
• Develop comprehensive sales training curriculum for classes and meetings.
• Coordinate across matrix teams to align materials with goals.
• Ensure materials meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Deliver curriculum including selling skills, clinical knowledge, and analytics.
• Engage vendors and internal staff to design and execute programs.
• Assess effectiveness using evaluation models and analytics.
• Explore innovative tech to enable live and virtual training.
• Share assets with the WW Centre of Excellence.
