Job summary

Immatics is building a comprehensive Learning & Development program for its Commercial organization as it prepares for first commercial launches. The Senior Manager will design onboarding, field readiness, certification, and ongoing capability development, partnering with Commercial Leadership, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and more to ensure compliant, effective training at scale.

Responsibilities include creating training on pipeline, disease state education, and product knowledge,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in pharma/biotech, medical device, or specialty therapeutics.
• 4 years in commercial training, learning and development, sales training, or field readiness.
• Cell therapy knowledge: TCR T-cell therapies or related.
• Oncology experience strongly preferred.
• Experience building onboarding and capability programs for customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement onboarding and field readiness programs for Commercial teams.
• Create training on disease state education, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
• Develop certification programs and learning analytics.
• Evolve materials for launch readiness and new data updates.
• Ensure programs comply with regulatory and compliance standards.
