Job summary

BioMarin is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Learning & Capability Transformation for the Pompe & Fabry franchise in the US. Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in Commercial Learning & Development, Sales Training, Commercial Enablement, or a related commercial capability role.
• Rare disease biopharma experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to design, deliver, and scale learning programs.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory environments.
• Demonstrated growth mindset and passion for innovation, including the use of AI tools.
• Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-aligned capability strategy for the U.S. Pompe & Fabry business.
• Own onboarding experiences and rebuild future-ready onboarding journeys.
• Design and deliver high-quality learning across multiple modalities.
• Lead execution of product, disease, onboarding, and POA learning experiences, coaching, and reinforcement.
• Drive continuous learning initiatives to strengthen field effectiveness and patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and alignment with global learning strategies.
