This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys supporting employees and leadership across multiple facets of Human Resources. Location: Anderson, Texas (100% Onsite).

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and performance management.
• Experience with HRIS and HR/payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS and HR/payroll systems
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database systems.
