Financial Additions is partnered with a manufacturing client in Anderson, Texas, seeking a Sr. Human Resources Generalist to join Direct Hire.

This onsite role covers employee relations, performance management, compliance, and leadership coaching across the HR spectrum.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR
• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and performance management
• Experience with HRIS and HR/payroll systems
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database systems.

Salary: USD80000 - USD92000 per year

HR Additions is partnering with a growing client in the Anderson, Texas area seeking an experienced Sr. Human Resources Generalist. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys supporting employees and leadership across multiple facets of Human Resources.

Location: Anderson, Texas (100% Onsite)

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $80,000-$90,000 DOE
