Job summary

HR Additions, partnering with a growing client in the Anderson, Texas area, seeks an experienced Sr. Human Resources Generalist. This hands-on HR professional will support employees and leadership across multiple HR facets, from employee relations to compliance and training.

Responsibilities include partnering with leadership, managing investigations, analyzing data to improve retention, and coaching managers. Manufacturing experience preferred. On-site role with strong career growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and performance management.
• Experience with HRIS and HR/payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to support HR strategies and business objectives.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and compliance initiatives.
• Lead workplace investigations and issue resolution.
• Analyze HR data and recommend solutions to improve retention and engagement.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers and supervisors.
• Support training, payroll time reporting, and HR administrative functions.
