dfwHR invites a qualified HR Generalist to join a respected project management firm in downtown Dallas, Texas. This full-time, onsite role focuses on supporting daily HR operations, administering benefits, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining HR records to foster a positive employee experience.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field with 5–7 years of HR experience, strong benefits knowledge, and familiarity with HRIS systems.

This pivotal role offers the opportunity to support daily HR operations, enhance employee engagement, and contribute to a thriving organizational culture. In this role, you will administer employee benefits—including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k)—coordinate onboarding processes, maintain accurate HR records, and serve as a key resource for both employees and leadership. Your expertise will help foster a positive employee experience, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 5 to 7 years of HR experience
