This role combines hands-on employee relations, HR compliance, HR systems management, and strategic business partnership. The position offers potential for permanent placement and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational changes, and compensation initiatives.
• Support HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and policy administration.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and organizational policies.
• Maintain HRIS records and reporting while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
