The Senior Facilities Manager is responsible for implementing policies, procedures, and programs to ensure well-maintained buildings, tenant satisfaction, environmental health and safety, and quality standards. The role involves liaising with clients, coordinating services, managing budgets, and leading a team of Facilities Managers or Assistant Facilities Managers.
