Job Overview

As a Seasonal Facility Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for basic maintenance tasks, supply delivery, and assisting with the setup and closing of seasonal offices. This role involves ensuring the offices meet brand standards and are properly maintained.

Responsibilities

1. Perform basic building maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, cleaning HVAC vents, minor electrical work, and repairing broken items. Notify a certified technician for complex repairs.
2. Deliver supplies and materials to tax offices.
3. Assist with the setup and closing of seasonal tax offices, including installing signage, ensuring cleanliness, and meeting brand standards.
4. Attend necessary training sessions.
5. Ensure offices are secured after hours.
6. Communicate with the District Operations Coordinator regarding operational tasks.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
