What You Will Be Doing

  • Architect and deploy sophisticated AI operational frameworks that maintain our exceptional educational standards while enabling rapid scaling
  • Transform raw operational data into actionable intelligence for the founder, identifying strategic opportunities and preemptively addressing challenges
  • Orchestrate complex, cross-functional operational initiatives that seamlessly integrate AI solutions throughout our organization
  • Get your hands dirty with technical implementation—writing code, configuring APIs, and building automation systems that drive real results
  • Establish AI-driven quality assurance protocols that ensure consistent excellence across all campus locations

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Managing routine campus operations or facility maintenance (your focus is strategic systems, not day-to-day logistics)
  • Creating educational content or supervising instructional staff (we have education experts for that—you're our operations innovator)
  • Presenting AI strategies without technical execution (we need a doer, not just a thinker)
  • Operating within comfort zones (this role demands continuous innovation and comfort with rapid evolution)

Vice President Facilities Key Responsibilities

Spearhead the creation and implementation of cutting-edge AI operational systems that fuel our scalable growth strategy. You'll build automated frameworks that maintain our educational excellence across multiple locations while delivering sophisticated data analytics that inform high-level strategic decisions. Your systems will be the engine that powers our expansion while maintaining the exceptional quality that defines 2 Hour Learning.

Basic Requirements

  • Extensive operational leadership background (10+ years) scaling businesses across multiple locations, preferably in education, premium retail, hospitality, or healthcare sectors
  • Background at elite management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) demonstrating strategic thinking capabilities
  • Demonstrated technical AI proficiency—you'll need to pass our hands-on assessment showing your ability to automate complex business processes using AI tools
  • Proven experience translating operational challenges into AI solutions with technical implementation skills (coding, system integration, API configuration)
  • Successful track record managing complex, cross-functional operational initiatives that drive measurable business transformation
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, particularly in translating operational complexities into strategic insights for C-suite decision-makers
  • US-based with willingness to travel 30% time to campus locations
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
