About The Role

This high-profile Sr Director, Strategic Marketing role will lead the development and execution of the business unit’s marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is a problem solver passionate about sales enablement, strategy development, and pragmatic ideas that work. This leader will work closely with sales teams and employ a data-driven approach to B2B/field marketing. The role reports to the SVP, Growth (Head of Marketing) at Anywhere Integrated Services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development: Build and refine marketing strategies to drive revenue for our title, escrow, and insurance businesses across 30+ states. Collaborate with sales leaders to monitor market trends and competitors.
2. Team Leadership: Lead a small team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, collaboration, and accountability.
3. Execution: Oversee delivery of marketing and sales enablement initiatives, working with internal teams, external vendors, and cross-functional partners.
4. Creative Excellence: Elevate branding, storytelling, and creative efforts to meet the expectations of real estate agents and consumers.
5. Collaborative Prioritization: Work with leaders across various teams to prioritize the marketing roadmap collaboratively.
6. Metrics & Feedback: Develop feedback loops with leadership and sales teams, track KPIs, and analyze the success of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant marketing, management, and strategy experience.
• Proven success in developing impactful sales enablement and marketing strategies, especially with geographically distributed or field sales teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to dissect competitive and financial data for market positioning.
• Excellent collaboration skills, including pitching products and creating value propositions.
• Mastery of PowerPoint, Excel, and agile project management tools.
• Industry experience not required; experience in financial services, franchising, or B2B sales is a plus.
