About The Role

This high-profile Sr Director, Strategic Marketing role will lead the development and execution of the business unit’s marketing strategy. We seek a problem solver passionate about sales enablement, strategy development, and pragmatic ideas that work. The leader will work closely with sales teams and adopt a data-driven approach to B2B/field marketing. The role reports to the SVP, Growth (Head of Marketing) at Anywhere Integrated Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Build and refine marketing strategies to drive revenue across title, escrow, and insurance businesses in 30+ states. Collaborate with sales leaders to monitor market trends and competitors.
• Team Leadership: Lead a small team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of data-driven ideation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Thoughtful Execution: Oversee marketing and sales enablement initiatives, working with internal and external teams to ensure quality work.
• Creative Excellence: Enhance creative, branding, and storytelling efforts to meet the expectations of real estate agents and consumers.
• Collaborative Prioritization: Work with leaders across various teams to prioritize marketing initiatives effectively.
• Metrics & Feedback: Develop rapid feedback loops with leadership and sales teams. Track and analyze KPIs to measure success.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years in marketing, management, and strategy roles.
• Proven experience in developing impactful sales enablement and marketing strategies, especially for geographically distributed or field sales teams.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to dissect competitive and financial data for strategic positioning.
• Excellent collaboration skills, including pitching new products and creating compelling value propositions.
• Mastery of PowerPoint, Excel, and agile project management tools.
• Industry experience is not required; experience in financial services, franchising, or small-business B2B sales is a plus.
