About The Role

This high-profile Sr Director, Strategic Marketing role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the business unit’s marketing strategy. We seek a problem solver with a passion for sales enablement, strategy development, and pragmatic ideas that work. The leader will work closely with sales teams and bring a data-driven approach to B2B/field marketing. This role reports to the SVP, Growth (Head of Marketing) at Anywhere Integrated Services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development: Build and refine marketing strategies to drive revenue growth across 30+ states, partnering with sales leaders to monitor market trends and competitors.
2. Team Leadership: Lead a small team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of data-driven ideation, collaboration, and accountability.
3. Thoughtful Execution: Oversee delivery of marketing and sales enablement initiatives, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure quality work.
4. Creative Excellence: Enhance creative, branding, and storytelling efforts to meet the expectations of real estate agents and consumers.
5. Collaborative Prioritization: Work with leaders across various teams to prioritize the marketing roadmap.
6. Metrics & Feedback Loops: Develop qualitative feedback mechanisms, track KPIs, and analyze the success of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant marketing, management, and strategy experience.
• Proven success in developing impactful sales enablement and marketing strategies, especially with geographically distributed or field sales teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills in dissecting competitive dynamics and financial data.
• Excellent collaboration skills, including pitching new products and writing value propositions.
• Mastery of PowerPoint, Excel, and agile project management tools.
• No industry-specific experience required; experience in financial services, franchising, or B2B sales is a plus.
