About The Role

This high-profile Sr Director, Strategic Marketing role will be accountable for leading the development and execution of the business unit’s marketing strategy. We seek a problem solver passionate about sales enablement, strategy development, and pragmatic ideas that truly work. The leader will work closely with sales teams and bring a data-driven approach to B2B and field marketing. The role reports to the SVP, Growth (Head of Marketing) at Anywhere Integrated Services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development: Build and refine marketing strategies to drive revenue growth across 30+ states for our title, escrow, and insurance businesses. Collaborate with sales leaders to monitor market trends and competitors.
2. Team Leadership: Lead a small team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of data-driven ideas, open collaboration, and accountability.
3. Thoughtful Execution: Oversee marketing and sales enablement initiatives, working with internal marketing teams, external vendors, and cross-functional partners to ensure quality work.
4. Creative Excellence: Enhance our creative, branding, and storytelling efforts to meet the expectations of real estate agents and consumers today.
5. Collaborative Prioritization: Work with leaders across various teams to prioritize the marketing roadmap collaboratively.
6. Metrics & Feedback: Develop quick feedback loops with leadership and sales teams, track, analyze KPIs, and measure the success of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years in marketing, management, and strategy roles.
• Experience in developing impactful sales enablement and marketing strategies, especially with geographically dispersed or field sales teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills in dissecting competitive dynamics and financial data to position products successfully.
• Proven collaboration skills for pitching and developing value propositions.
• Excellent presentation skills; proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and agile project management tools.
• Industry experience is not mandatory; experience in financial services, franchising, or B2B sales for small businesses is a plus.
