About The Role

This new, high-profile Sr Director, Strategic Marketing role will be accountable for leading development & execution of the business unit’s marketing strategy. We are seeking a problem solver with passion for sales enablement, strategy development, and pragmatic ideas that really work. This leader will work closely with sales leaders and bring a data-driven approach to B2B/field marketing. This role reports to the SVP, Growth (Head of Marketing) at Anywhere Integrated Services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development: Build and iterate on marketing strategies to drive revenue growth for our title, escrow, and insurance businesses across 30+ states. Partner with sales leaders to monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform priorities.
2. Team Leadership: Lead a small team of marketing professionals to execute marketing and sales enablement goals. Foster a culture of data-driven ideation, open collaboration, and accountability.
3. Thoughtful Execution: Lead the team in delivering marketing and sales enablement initiatives. Collaborate with internal marketing, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality work.
4. Creative Excellence: Enhance our creative, branding, and storytelling to meet the expectations of today’s real estate agents and consumers.
5. Collaborative Prioritization: Work with leaders across the title, insurance, and real estate teams to prioritize the marketing roadmap collaboratively.
6. Metrics & Feedback Loops: Develop qualitative feedback loops with leadership and sales teams. Track and analyze KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

1. Minimum 8+ years of applicable marketing, management, and strategy experience.
2. Experience developing impactful sales enablement and marketing strategies, especially across geographically distributed or field sales teams.
3. Ability to work in a matrixed organization and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
4. Strong analytical skills in dissecting competitive dynamics and financial data to inform positioning and product launch strategies.
5. Proficiency in collaboration, pitching new products, and writing compelling value propositions and copy.
6. Excellent presentation skills; mastery of PowerPoint, Excel, and agile project management tools.
7. No industry experience required; experience in financial services, franchising, or small-business B2B sales is a plus.
