About The Role

This high-profile Sr Director role will lead development and execution of the business unit’s marketing strategy. We seek a problem solver passionate about sales enablement, strategy development, and pragmatic ideas that work. The leader will work closely with sales teams and utilize a data-driven approach to B2B/field marketing. Reporting to the SVP, Growth (Head of Marketing), this role involves strategic oversight and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and refine marketing strategies to drive revenue across 30+ states, partnering with sales leaders to monitor market trends and competitors.
2. Lead a small team of marketing professionals, fostering a data-driven, collaborative, and accountable culture.
3. Oversee the execution of marketing and sales enablement initiatives, collaborating with internal and external teams.
4. Enhance creative, branding, and storytelling efforts to meet the expectations of real estate agents and consumers.
5. Coordinate with cross-functional leaders to prioritize marketing initiatives.
6. Establish qualitative feedback loops and track KPIs to measure success of marketing strategies.

Minimum Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing, management, and strategy experience.
• Proven success in developing sales enablement and marketing strategies, especially for geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills in competitive and financial data analysis.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including presentation mastery and proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools.
• Industry experience is not required; experience in financial services, franchising, or B2B sales is a plus.
