Job summary

Lundbeck seeks a results-driven Psychiatry Account Manager to lead promotion of the psychiatry portfolio in the Springfield, MA region, with a territory scope defined around Springfield and surrounding towns. You will execute sales and marketing strategies with clinical knowledge to drive performance.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in pharmaceutical sales, strong communication, and the ability to manage relationships across healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must demonstrate the ability to pass disease and product training exams annually.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Must have a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Must meet credentialing requirements of healthcare providers/facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and allocate resources to improve sales execution.
• Deliver compelling messages, probe customer needs and close calls.
• Build and maintain productive internal and external relationships.
• Apply therapeutic knowledge to identify opportunities in the market.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues.
• Adhere to pharmaceutical regulations and Lundbeck policies.
