Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a Psychiatry Account Manager to lead promotion of its psychiatry portfolio in the Springfield, MA area. You will execute sales strategies, build relationships with customers, and apply deep therapeutic knowledge to uncover opportunities.

The role requires 2+ years in biopharmaceutical sales, excellent communication, and the ability to travel up to 30–40% domestically. A valid driver's license and residency within 40 miles of the territory are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical/medical sales experience.
• Ability to score highly on disease/product training exams with annual certification.
• Strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain productive internal and external relationships.
