Lundbeck is seeking a Psychiatry Account Manager to lead promotion of the psychiatry portfolio and drive sales through strategic account leadership and strong clinical knowledge. This role emphasizes data-based insights, payer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance.

Ideal candidates will have a BA/BS and 2+ years in pharma sales, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 40% domestically within the Springfield area and beyond as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must demonstrate mastery of product knowledge through annual exams.
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Must reside within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotion of psychiatry portfolio and execute sales strategies.
• Develop and implement comprehensive account plans.
• Build productive relationships with customers and payers.

• Travel up to 30–40% domestically to meet customers and events.
